What if something goes wrong?

Everything is monitored 24/7. If something breaks, it's detected before you notice.

But if you notice an issue, contact support and it will be fixed—usually same-day for critical problems.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes — email or phone, your choice

Yes. Email is preferred for tracking requests, but you can always call us at 07424 213983 if you need immediate assistance.

Ownership & Control

Do I own my website code?

Yes, absolutely. Custom code is written for your site, and you own it. If you ever leave the service, you get a complete export of all files, code, and content. No proprietary systems, no lock-in.

What happens if I cancel?

You give 30 days' notice, everything is exported (HTML, CSS, images, content) and handed over. You can self-host, hire another developer, or do whatever you want with it. Basic documentation will even be provided if needed.

Can another developer take over my site?

Yes. Because clean, standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript is used (not proprietary frameworks), any competent web developer can understand and modify your site. No special training required.

Do I own my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name (or transferred to you if registration is handled). Email accounts are yours. If you leave, you take everything with you.
